Have you received $TAU or other Lamden tokens in your Telegram wallet and want to connect them to your main Lamden Wallet?

Do you want to interact with Lamden’s versatile Telegram Bot to do any of the following functions?

  • /tip
  • /rain
  • /send
  • /goldflip or /goldticket
  • /dice

Below is a step by step guide on how to connect your wallets as well as add token contracts within the wallet to give you visibility to all tokens running on Lamden:

Step One: Locate your private key within telegram

  • open a DM with @lamden_bot
  • type /address
  • click on “Private Key” — you will need to copy this for the next step

Step Two: Adding an account on the Lamden Wallet

  • Open the Official Wallet — click on “Accounts”
  • The below window will pop-up
  • make sure “Account” is selected from the first drop-down, then click “ADD EXISTING”
  • paste in your private key from the telegram bot
  • create an appropriate name for the wallet like “Telegram” (I know) and save

CONGRATS! YOU HAVE JUST CONNECTED YOUR TELEGRAM WALLET TO YOUR MAIN LAMDEN WALLET.

NOW, say you bought some $GOLD or $RSWP from ROCKETSWAP and want to send it to your newly created connection with your Telegram Wallet (or any other sub-wallet in your account). If you haven’t added the individual token contracts to your Lamden Wallet, the non-tau tokens will not appear there — if you can’t see them, you can’t send them. So, lets add a token contract to your wallet.

Step One: Locate the contract for the specific token you want to add.

  • The easiest way to find a token contract (and see all others) is to access a community token hub called TauHQ
  • Locate, and then click on the token you want (here, I have clicked on GOLD)
  • if you look below the token stats — you can find the contract name — copy this

Step Two: add the contract to your wallet

  • similar to linking your wallets — open your Lamden wallet again and click on “Accounts”
  • this time select “Token” from the “What to add?” drop-down
  • copy in your contract name from TauHQ — let it load for a few seconds
  • The token name, symbol, and logo details will auto-fill, once that happens click the blue “ADD TOKEN” button and you are done!

Now you can send these tokens back and forth, and if you want, use $TAU and $GOLD within the bot functions mentioned above.

If you don’t know how to do that, then keep reading:

  • Go back to your Lamden wallet
  • Copy the address you want to send tokens to from your list of pre-connected sub-wallets (Telegram, Rocketswap etc.)
  • Click on the token you want to send
  • The next page will show your balance for that token and which wallets have a token balance in them
  • Click “Transfer”, enter the amount and enter the receiving wallet address in “TO (Text)”
  • Leave the stamps and transfer function as is. Click the blue NEXT and approve the transaction
